About us
As a family we have owned and loved dogs of all shapes and sizes for over 70 years. For the last 25 years, we have had the pleasure of being able to exercise our four-legged family members here in the paddocks of Glenwood House at the entrance to Cromwell Woods, Southowram.
We are active supporters of Guide Dogs and have decided to give back a percentage of our profits to this fine charity.
We do welcome any suggestions and/or advice that will help us to help your HEGIIN dog paddock exercising experience.
A dog really is man and woman’s best friend, a bond only understood by we dog lovers. They deserve the very best in return for their unconditional love for us, tell us what’s needed and they’ll get it.

What our dogs think
Normal Walks
“We are seen as dangerous breeds, we’re muzzled and we can’t breathe properly. We’re on leads, so we can’t run freely and we have all of this pent up energy!”
Paddock fun
Now we CAN breathe, we can play sticks and balls, we’re unleashed and muzzle free using all the energy we big dogs need to keep us healthy…”
Normal Walks
“This silly little lead is so restricting, I’m not even allowed on an extension lead because of the traffic and other bigger ‘bully’ dogs, I can’t run and exercise as I need, so boring!”
Small paddock heaven
“Now I’m unleashed and running freely, I can toilet without the risk of being attacked by bigger dogs, the traffic’s nowhere to be seen and more importantly there are no more pestering humans that just want to pamper and pick me up!”
